Two-Way Teleporter (Power) is found within Vaults, as a drop from Chaos Steppes (Region) and Kobayashi's Biome Leaders, Supply Drops and purchasable from Basecamp shop rotations.
Effect
Create a portal at a target location and at your feet. After 8s, you can reactivate to swap everything within each portal.
If an Everbeacon is swapped, this power is consumed.
